Scenario 1:

BitTorent has just introduced a new platform for online streaming, prefereable Online TV. Nowadays, people would prefer online streaming through web and TV’s physical appearance would then gradually go down as Computer Network rises. Thus, Bittorent shall make an online application which will give a fast, yet cheap/free subscription of TV clients for PCs.

 Action: Bittorent will dominate TV manufacturers through the use of an Application

Scenario 2:

A Mobile Company is featuring a new model and core demographics for the new Android 4.0 IceCream Sandwich version. This phone model has a very good hardware specifications, great keypads, larger screens and faster core. However, its battery is not removable and many customers wonder what will happen of there is a case of hang up. Still, the mobile company said that there is no related issue if the battery is removable of not.
